Adam Billiot was born on October 12, 1944 in Golden Meadow, La., to John and Julienne Verdin Billiot. He has 2
brothers, Antione and Lawrence and 3 sisters, Eve, Alma & Lois. He attended Golden Meadow Elementary & High
School.
Adam plays drums, lead & bass guitar and has been a musician since
1964. He had his own band for 13 years called, "The Country Travelers". He has also played with other bands
named, "The Stardusters", "The Country Men Band".
Adam performed in many a nightclub and dance hall in Grand Isle, Leeville, Golden Meadow, Galliano, Cut Off,
Larose, Lockport, Houma, Chauvin and Dulac, Louisiana.
He retired in 2006, working at Allied Shipyard, on oyster boat and tug boat for over 35 years and played music 3 or 4
times a week on his off days.
Adam has 7 children 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and
resides in Larose, Louisiana

Benny was born on March 13, 1953 to Benny Sr., and Elonia Schroder Fernandez. He has 3 sisters Faye, Kathy and
Dana. He was raised In Marrero, Crown Point and Lafitte areas and attended Miller Wall Elementary, Marrero Jr.
High, graduated from West Jefferson High in 1972 and Louisiana State University in New Orleans.
Benny has been a professional bass guitar player for the past 42 plus years. He played
2 years with and band called, "Highway" and the last 38 plus years with, "Cypress". Benny was a self-taught rhythm
guitar player. At the age of 12, Santa Claus brought him a Silvertone acoustic guitar and he practiced from the "Chord
Charts" that came with the guitar. At the age of 16, he bought a bass guitar from his brother and has been playing
bass ever since.
In 1975, he hooked up with a band called "Highway" which was basically a Marshall Tucker & Lynyrd Skynyrd cover
band and played various clubs on the West Bank. In the late 1970's while attending SUNO, he was at a club called
The Barrel Bar on Elysian Fields and met a keyboard player named Tony Nall. He started practicing with him and
Bobby Bono a drummer. Then in the summer of 1978, Bobby invited him to join the band, "Cypress" and are the only
2 original members of the band today. Current members of the band include Billy Vedros, Tommy Chadwick, Steve
Chyzyk and Max Gardner. Previous members through the years were Duffy Metregen, Nick Taravella, Eric Erdal,
Rick Tassin, Lil Rick Tassin (Ricky T), Mike Margiotta, EJ Sanchez and Steven Alexander.
There are really too many venues that he has played to mention because in the 80's &
early 90's the band solely worked for Big Productions and performed the entire Gulf Coast Region, (LA, MS, ALA,
FLA & TX). They opened shows for Rare Earth, Iron Butterfly, Fire-Fall, Thin Lizzy, Zebra, The St. Louis Sheiks and
Leon Russell. Several of these shows were at Ole Man Rivers in Avondale in the 80's, not to mention an abundance
of fairs, festivals and casinos in South Louisiana.
Benny has been in the oil industry for the past 40 years and is currently the
construction coordinator Manager for Pelican Energy Consultants.
Benny currently resides in Slidell with his wife of 37 years, the former Anna Rivarde.
The couple has raised 3 children Alex, Jesse, and Gregory and have 3 grandchildren

David was born on September 14, 1952 to Frances and Wilson Adam and
has one brother Allen. He was raised in the Lafitte and Marrero area and attended Fisher High School in Lafitte.
At the young age of 9 years old, he was inspired by his brother Allen, who played saxophone for a band called, "The
Starlighters" featuring Jerry Chaisson.
He knew then that he was going to play music for the rest of his life.
The first band he played in was, "The Commanders", featuring Ronnie Falgout, O'Neil Hebert, T-Man Bourgeois, and
his brother Allen. The next band was, "Rick & the Montells". Then his big break came when asked to play bass with,
"Era of Time". He then joined the local musicians union with his friend Vincent Baldasarro and they created a group
called, "Public Service", playing all the hot spots like The Sands, Soul City and The Beaconette.
In the late 1960's, David was drawn to country music. He had the privilege
to be the front man of the "Billy Norde Show" with drummer Herschel Lyrla.
After that he joined "The Fire Water Band" that played at Weazies. From there he worked 10 shows a week on
Bourbon Street with, "The Doug McArthur Show" for several years. In addition to that he played with, "Jerry Fountain
and the Trustees". Jerry Fountain, who was Pete Fountain's cousin, opened for Pete several times in those days.
Some of the places he played on the Westbank were the Lafitte Grill, Moulin Rouge, Bronco's, countless weddings
and dances at VFW and American Legion halls. His favorite place of all, The Lantern Lounge, where he played for 7
consecutive years, from 1974 to 1981
Upon moving to the North shore, David joined a band called,
"Yesteryear", with his old friend, Charley Ledet, Larry Reed and Frank Kramer for the next 15 years. He is currently
doing a single act. David is currently a self-employed contactor and has been for the last 40 years. He is soon to be
married to his fiancé Laura and currently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana

Emmet was born on October 9, 1956 to Eno Paul and Mary Ann Adams
Boudreaux. He has 2 bothers, Eno Paul Jr., Ernest Paul and 2 sisters Jane and Jill.
He was raised in Lockport and attended Lockport Lower and Upper Elementary Lockport Junior High and Central
Lafourche High Schools.
He started playing guitar at the age of 13. His main instrument is bass guitar and has been a professional musician
for 47 plus years. His 1" group at the age of 15 was the, "Bayou Boys". He later performs with L.J. Foret's Sunday
morning TV show, a morning TV show with Les Domangue and a TV video program with Wade Bernard. In 1977 he
released his 1* 45 single, "Baby Please Come Home", co-written with Glenn Credeur, In 1979 his 2'd single "One
Red Rose", co-written with William Evans.
Through the years, Emmet has played with Richard Sanchez, "Bayou Country Boys", 'The Rhythm Makers", "Cajun
Brass", "Swamp Fever", "Southern Breeze", "Good feelings Band", "Country Connection", "The Bayou Kings",
"Buddy Miller Band" and filled in with the, "Deuce of Hearts", " La. Reign" and Don Rich. Also, working as a sound
tech, he mixed shows for Percy Sledge, Jimmy Clanton, Frankie Ford, Willie T, Warren Storm, Blue Eyed Soul,
Deuce of Hearts, Tommy McClain, Duane Schurb, Don Rich. Emmet played many a venue in Grand Isle, Golden
Meadow, Lockport, Raceland, Thibodaux, Chauvin, Houma, West bank (Old Scorpio), Pat's in Henderson, many
festivals & casinos in South Louisiana and have opened for Diamond Rio, Brooks & Dunn, T Graham Brown, Billy Joe
Royal, John Berry. He currently owns and operators Pearl Sound Studio in Lockport and has done many projects for
Gary & Travis T, Vin Bruce, Pott Folse and Don Rich along with several jingles for various radio stations.
Emmet has been employed with Bollinger Shipyards for the past 41 years.
He and his wife Carole have one son Joseph. Emmet also has 2 other children, Emmet Jr. and Heidi Lynn, 2 step-
children Christopher and Kayla, 3 grand daughters, 2 step grandsons and one great-granddaughter. The couple
resides in Lockport, Louisiana

“Bozo" as we all know him, was born on November 21, 1956 to Ruby and Al Jarreau and has one brother, Michael.
He was raised in Galliano and graduated from South LaFourche High School.
He started playing drums in his garage with friends and then started playing gigs at the age of 16. He performed with
many South Louisiana artists and many Swamp Pop artists. He's played in bands with Vin Bruce and the Acadians,
Harry Anselmi Band, 4 on the Floor, South of the Border Band, The Bayou Kings and Gary T. and Rockin' Oldies
Band. "Bozo" has performed with bands in all parts of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and the Westbank, like, The Old
Scorpio, Moulin Rouge, Old Fireman's Hall, Mona Lisa, My Father's Junkyard, many VFW halls, local and regional
fairs and festivals.
"Bozo" is presently employed by Superior Shipyard as Purchasing
Manager. For the last 40 plus years he's been married to Deborah Cheramie Jarreau and raised 2 children, Bobby
and Cory. He and his wife have 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild and reside in Cut Off, Louisiana.
He would like to thank God for blessing him with the talent and
friendship all these years of playing music and meeting people and having friends forever

Jimmy was born in 1942 to Sidney S. Sr., and Pearl Dennis George. He has 2 brothers, who are also musicians,
Sidney Jr. plays saxophone and Rogers plays drums. He graduated from Thibodaux College (now E.D. White High
School) in 1960 and Nicholls State University in 1965.
In 1959 he began playing his saxophone in night clubs, like, the
Tiffin with Helen Wilson, the Scorpio with Bob Tassin's Band, the Sands with Sid Holiday, The Blue Notes (Dr. John
on guitar), Tipitina's in the French Quarter with Harry Connick Jr.
Over the last 58 years of playing saxophone, flute & guitar,
Jimmy was a member of many bands. In 1959, "The Jades" with GG Shinn on trumpet, in 1961-1965, "Sid Holiday &
The Blue Notes" which later became "Vince Anthony & The Blue Notes", in the 1990's
"The Boogie Kings" with singers GG Shinn, Duane Yates, Jerry "Count" Jackson, Willie T, & Bobby Kimball. He was
also with, "Blue Eyed Soul" for 30 years, backing up Percy Sledge and for the Jazz Fest with singers Frankie Ford,
Jean Knight, Ernie-K-Doe, "Frogman" Henry, Oliver Morgan and Eddie Bo.
He's also had the pleasure of performing with Luther Kent, Dr.
John, John Fred, Ike Clanton, Jimmy Clanton, Van Broussard, Foret Tradition, Tommy Ridgely, Timi Yuro, Joe Barry,
Kane Glaze, Bobby Loveless, Johnny Rivers, Gary T. & Travis Thibodaux.
Jimmy and his wife of 32 years Carole Sue are both retired from Sidney S. George Jewelry Store, a business his
grandfather established in 1895

Karl Hunter was born on August 7, 1949 to Karl Hunter Sr. and Louella
Tobin Hunter and has 3 brothers & 4 sisters. He was raised in Port Sulphur, Louisiana and graduated in 1967 from
Port Sulphur High School.
He started playing guitar at the age of 14 and in 1965 formed his first band called, "The Henchmen". He later joined,
"The Telstars" who evolved into,
"The Soul Society" and finally "Everyday People". While with "Everyday People" he switched from guitar to bass.
After serving in the U.S. Army as a Medical Corpsman, he resumed playing music with, "Jerry Fountain & the
Trustees" which later changed their name to, "Marshland Express". This band was the house band at the Happy
Cajun in Buras and backed up many Nashville artists.
After Jerry Fountain passed away, Karl formed, "The Louisiana Bootleggers" that was the house band at the New
Silver Eagle. From there he joined, "Joe G & EZ Street" who for 3 years was the house band at Kellegans. He also
played with, "Pistol Ridge" for a while. Karl then formed, "Southern Comfort" while also spotting with "Nightrig" on the
side. He then joined, "The Jesters", a Rhythm & Blues band. While with "The Jesters", Karl also spotted with Al "Lil
Fats" Jackson, which led to the formation of "Music, Inc.". He has played bass in studio recording sessions for, "The
Jesters", Al "Lil Fats" Jackson, Hunter Logan, Duane Schurb and Warren Storm.
Karl has played from Venice to Lafayette, Baton Rouge to the Mississippi Gulf coast in any type of venue imaginable
and too many fellow musicians to mention; at least 75 of the inductees in the hall of fame. He is presently performing
with the, "BCBOYZ" and "Full Circle" and always looking for gigs.
Karl retired with 25 years plus of service from Freeport McMoran. He resides in Belle Chasse with his wife of 37 years
plus, Norma Jean. The couple has a son, Scott, 2 daughters, Jory & Karly and 4 granddaughters

Born May 19, 1949 to Paul and Doris LeBoeuf, Kenneth has one brother Perry and one sister Carolyn. He was raised
in Buras and attended Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic School and graduated from Buras High School in 1967. He
attended USL in Lafayette and Delgado.
He started playing mandolin at 8 yrs. old and guitar at 11 years old. He's
been playing lead guitar since 1965 but also plays bass, a little keyboard and banjo with Dixieland bands. He first
started in 1964 with, "The Corsairs" which became "Charlie Browns Peanut Co". He also played with Dee Dee Ward,
Mike Cashio, Bobby Vedros, "Variety", "Crossfire", "Hot Sauce", "Strictly Business",
"Full Circle", "Limited Edition", Henry Hitt, "B C Boyz", Jimmy Simon, Steve Adams, Billy Oubre and Dave Carbone.
Kenneth has played for numerous weddings, dances, private parties, including places in Venice, Buras, Port Sulpher,
Galliano, Golden Meadow, Houma, Westwego, Gretna, Slidell, numerous Mardi Gras balls, fishing rodeos political
functions and casinos in Harvey, Kenner, Bay St. Louis and Waveland.
Still playing with "Hot Sauce" at Ponchatrain Landing in Gentilly and occasionally with, "B C Boyz".
Kenneth has been a tugboat owner and operator since 1980. He has 1 son,
Kenneth and 1 daughter Kathy; 2 grandsons, Daniel and Steven who both play guitar and sing; one granddaughter
Kaitlyn. He and his wife Viet reside in Belle Chasse, Louisiana

Leon was born on September 26, 1954 to Leon Sr. and Anna Lee Grabert Barilleaux. He has 3 sisters, Belinda,
Theresa and Suzanne and I brother Jeffery (deceased). He was raised in Raceland and attended Raceland
Elementary, Raceland Jr. High and Central Lafourche High Schools.
He started playing drums at the age of 9, and then joined some local bands playing guitar and bass. His first paying
gig was at 9, and then in his late teens he was playing gigs around the Thibodaux area at places named the Tiki and
the Foundry plus several others. Leon played with a group called, "The Rhythm Kings" which later became,
"Blue Eyed Soul" for 10 years backing up artists like, Percy Sledge, Ernie-K-Doe, Oliver Morgan, Jessie Hill, Frankie
Ford, Jean Knight, The Dixie Cups, Jimmy Clanton, Sam Moore, Robert Parker, Barbara George along with many
Swamp Pop artists as, Tommy McClain, Johnnie Allen, Rod Bernard and Joe Barry. He played with, "Good Feelings"
which played mostly weddings and festivals. Leon also played with, "Bobby Cure & The Summertime Blues" for 12
years in the New Orleans and Mississippi Gulf Coast area including many casinos. He's performed at the Essence
Festival with Jean Knight, the Jazz Festival many times and has opened for John Conlee and Ronnie Milsap just to
name a few. Currently he is playing with Aaron Foret's Band which is a West Bank favorite.
Leon retired from South Coast Gas Company with 41 years of service and is presently self-employed. He has 2 sons,
Jason and Tony and 5 grandchildren and lives in Raceland, Louisiana

"Boo" was born on August 20, 1959 to Lester Paul Sr., and Mary Ann
Lirette Boudreaux. He has one brother Leslie Jude. He attended Shriever Elementary, Evergreen Junior High and
graduated in 1977 from H.L. Bourgeois High School.
"Boo" has been a professional drummer for the last 35 plus years. He has performed with such bands as, "Freeway,
Country Roads, Boot Leggers, Tequilla Sunrise, Fantasia, Breeze Band, Profile, Boure", Southern Image, Tator &
The Tots, Smiles Worth Group, Green River Band, Red River Band and La. Road House Band".
He has performed in many venues in South Louisiana, in Chackbay, Des
Allemands, Fourchon, Galliano, Grand Isle, Houma, Lafitte, Morgan City, Napoleonville, Thibodaux and the West
Bank.
"Boo" has been self-employed as a mechanic at "Boo's Garage" for the
past 36 years.
He's been married for 35 years to the former Darnell Boudreaux
Boudreaux and the couple have 2 children Lester Paul Ili and Jessica Danielle and 1 grandchild heelie.
The couple reside in Thibodaux, Louisiana
