GABLE ANTHONY LeBLANC

"Gabe" was born on March 29, 1952 to Stanley F. and Vedride Adams

LeBlanc. He has 2 brothers, Gerald & Gregory, 1 sister, Gail, 1 step-brother David and 1 step-sister, Ines. He was

raised in Bridge City and attended Bridge City Elementary, Worley Jr. High & graduated from West Jefferson High

School in 1970.

At the age of 13, he started playing bass guitar with a neighborhood band

that called themselves, "Tomorrow's Generation". The band grew to 7 members, at which time Gabe began playing

rhythm guitar, keyboard and did some vocals. In the late 70's the band recorded 2 songs which he wrote and

arranged, "Let Yourself Go" and "Dreams and Memories". "Tomorrow's Generation" disbanded and a new one

formed called, "Reflections" which later became "Fifth Avenue". He played all over the state, playing clubs, weddings,

carnival balls and private parties. The band also opened for Irma Thomas, The Commodores, Chubby Checker and

many others. Today he just writes music and posts his songs on Facebook and You Tube.

Gabe has been a musician for over 50 years and in his early days also played with Jake Chimento in band, "All the

Kings Men" and later another band they called, "Sweat".

Gabe is married to the former Loretta Cessna for 32 plus years, reside in

Marrero and has 3 children, Joe, April and Gabrielle; 2 grandsons, Gavin and Connor. Gabe has retired from the

railroad industry with 41 years of service; 26 years with Southern Pacific and 15 years with Amtrak. Gabe is also a

cancer survivor and has been cancer free for the last 5 years

GEORGE WILLIAM ROBINSON

George was born to Hughes and Genada Robinson on August 1, 1945. He

attended Larose Cut Off High School but finished high school in Honaker, Virginia. In 1963 the family moved back to

Louisiana and he attended college at Louisiana Tech.

He started playing, as a backing guitarist, on the West Bank and New

Orleans area in 1970 with singers Darrell and Cheryl from Houma. He also played in a four-piece band called,

"Tomorrow's Generation", with Lynn Ramagos, Ricky Hanks and Gary Danos, for many years. Then in an Avondale

band with Craig Walker, Louis Santiago and Gary Boudreaux among many others.

George moved to Georgia in 1988 for a job opportunity and shortly thereafter formed a band called, "Country

Knights". The band opened for Chet Atkins, Ronnie Millsap, Pam Tillis, Merle Haggard and Ricky Van Shelton.

In 1998 he was severely injured and was told he would never play again.

With a great surgeon and God's blessing he has beaten that opinion and battled back to play again with the group for

another year. He now works with his good friend and former band mate Gable LeBlanc on original material.

George is a retired welding inspector and has been married to Lorise Usry

Robinson for 29 years. The couple have 3 sons, George, Chet and Jeff; four grandchildren, Garrett, George, Caitlyn

and Shelby. The couple now resides in Pine Mountain, Georgia

JAMES JOSEPH WILLIAMS

Jim Williams was born on July 22, 1947 on his parents' houseboat in Lafitte, Louisiana. His childhood was spent on

the waterways of Lafitte and Golden Meadow where he fished, trapped and eventually learned to play local Cajun

Swamp Pop music on a guitar given to him by his Aunt Hilda.

His introduction to music was in his local church with family and friends.

Eventually branching out into the local music scene, Jim sat in with local figures such as T-Joe Barry, Vin Bruce,

Toxie Baughman, Wayne Foret and many more.

While working as a tugboat captain, Jim's music involvement took a back

seat to his work and raising a family, but his love of music was always in his heart. After a lifetime of playing in bands,

it was important to him to preserve the music that was part of his heritage and the music of South Louisiana, so he

formed his own band.

Jim has been a musician for over 59 years and still offers his talents to music audiences in the Slidell and Gulf Coast

areas. He currently plays with,

"Solid Gold Band" and " Four on the Floor”

JAY "GATOR" GISCLAIR

Jay was born on August 25, 1949 in Golden Meadow, Louisiana to Ebdon Joseph and Elize Guidry Gisclair. He has 2

sisters, Doreen and Leola. He attended Golden Meadow High School.

Jay has been a musician for 52 plus years, playing rhythm guitar along with vocals. He started a band in 1969 called,

" Country Blue Boys" and in 1970 recorded on the Gypsy label.

From 1977 to 1982 Jay lived in Nashville, Tennessee. While there he recorded on Sundown Records. After moving

back home in 1982, he started a Country and Cajun band named, "Cajun Pride", playing at the Moulin Rouge in

Marrero and Tee-Lees in Raceland. His band also fronted for Doug Kershaw at Harry Lee's Inauguration and played

many cruise ships out of New Orleans. He recorded over 69 Gospel songs in his own studio in Cut Off from 1991 to

2001.

Jay and his wife of 32 plus years, Barbara currently reside in Hatfield, Arkansas. He has traveled to California,

Mississippi, Missouri, Texas and West Virginia doing Gospel, Country and Cajun concerts for the last 10 years along

with playing various venues in Arkansas with his band, "Gator & Friends". He's schedule to go on tour to West

Virginia for the second year in a row

MARTIN SCHWEGMANN

Marty was born on September 24, 1953, the only child of Martin and Aline

Schwegmann. He attended Immaculate Conception and graduated from Archbishop Shaw High School in 1971. He

received a B.S. in Personnel Administration from Nicholls State University and retired from Jefferson Parish

Personnel Dept. as Personnel Director. During 2007-2008 he worked with the Kenner Civil Service Commission to

implement a Civil Service system in the City of Kenner.

At the age of 10, he saw the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show and that sparked his interest in music. A couple of

years later he took guitar lessons from John Bonvillain continued playing and learning.

While in high school, he joined Russ Russell, Mike Hatch and others to play at a newly established acoustic guitar

Mass at Shaw gymnasium. At Nicholls, he performed in a talent show with a friend as a member of, "Two Roast Beef

Po-Boys Dressed to Go". In 1979, he received a call from Mike Hatch to join a band named, "Reflection" which he

had started with Gable LeBlanc and George Robinson. The band was together for over 20 years, undergoing a name

change to, "Fifth Avenue". During that time Marty played with Tommy Morris, John Parfait, Donald Parks, Artie

Breslin, Lawrence Barrios, Ken Bertucci, Barry Rodrigue and Rod Schouest. The band performed music of the 40's

thru the 90's and played primarily private events such as weddings, dances, private parties, award ceremonies, Mardi

Gras functions, in locations ranging from Boothville and Golden Meadow to the South, Chalmette and Violet to the

East, Abita Springs to the North and Lafayette to the West.

Marty has been married to Edwina Freche Schwegmann for the past 38

years and they reside in Marrero, Louisiana

PHILIP KNOBLOCK

Philip was born on September 19, 1959 to Verdie and Florence Knoblock.

He has 3 sisters, Charlotte, Gail, and Celeste and 1 brother Randy. He was raised in Thibodaux and attended St.

Charles Elementary, East Thibodaux Jr. High, Thibodaux High School and Nicholls State University.

Philip has been a musician for over 45 years, playing drums and vocals. He

started playing music with his father at the age of 13. One of the greatest blessings of his musical career has been

the opportunity to share the stage with his Dad for so many years. Even to this day, we continue to play music

occasionally and I cherish every moment of it. For the past 41 years has played in and managed the band, "The

Good Feelin' Band". The band has played numerous area lounges, festivals, weddings, banquets and dances

throughout South Louisiana.

He was Corporate Purchasing Manager for 23 years with Gulf Island

Fabrication and is currently President and Owner of Express Steel and Supply.

Philip still resides in Thibodaux with his wife of 38 years, the former Patti

Acosta. The couple has 3 children, Tabitha, Ashley and Tyler and 3 grandchildren, Nathan, Isabelle and Wes and one

on the way

ROBERT "BUDDY" BENOIT

Robert Benoit was born on May 30, 1959 to the late Russell and Marcella Benoit from Thibodaux, Louisiana, where

he was raised. He has 2 sisters, Hope (deceased) and Faith. He as in the West Thibodaux, Jr. High School band in

1976 and graduated from Thibodaux High School in 1979.

He has been a musician for 41 plus years, playing guitar, bass along with

vocals. He has played with bands named, "Smokin", "Silver Magnum",

"Kalibus", "Risky Business", "Soul Survivors", and "Blue Eyed Soul Revue".

Robert played on Louisiana's first gaming ship, "The President" which cruised in the Gulf of Mexico out of Fouchon in

1986. He's been on stage with Percy Sledge and Jean Knight at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in 2003

and 2009. Robert performed with Percy Sledge in Nassau, Bahamas. He also performed with Dr. John and Joe

Perry. Robert has played various nightclubs and casinos throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.

Currently he's playing with, "Pepper Jelly", a family band from Houma

and also plays solo acoustic guitar with stage name, "Just Buddy".

Robert still resides in Thibodaux with his wife of 27 plus years, Marilyn

and the couple have one son Adam and one granddaughter, Mia

ROBERT "BOBBY" BONO

Bobby was born on August 16, 1951 to Myrtle L. and Louis A. Bono. He has

an older brother Gregory and a younger sister Mary. Bobby attended St.

Anthony Elementary, graduated in 1969 from Archbishop Shaw High School and attended L.S.U.

While at Archbishop Shaw, he started playing drums and played in small bands at CO dances on the West bank.

After that, he played in bands named,

"Mankind" and "Tumbleweed".

In 1976, Bobby helped start the band "Cypress" with original members, Norman Millet on bass, Duffy Metrejean

vocals, Rickey Tassin on keyboards, E.J.

Sanchez on guitar. After 42 years and many musicians later, the band is still going strong. Current members are

Bobby, Billy Vedros, Benny Fernandez, Tommy Chadwick and Rickey Tassin. The band played numerous venues

through the years like, Big Al's Saloon, Legends, Round Table, Spanky's, Gatsby's, Ole Man Rivers, Rock n Bowl,

Mr. Bojangles, several clubs on Bourbon Street, Fat City, including Mardi Gras organizations and casinos.

Bobby recently retired in August of 2016 from Universal Telephone. He has 2 children Jason and Jodi; and 3

grandchildren Gianna, Griffin and Jensen.

Bobby and his wife of 35 years Terri, still reside in Terrytown

ROGERS A. GEORGE

Rogers was born in 1945 to Sidney S. and Pear Dennis George. He has 2

brothers, Sidney Jr. and Jimmy who both play saxophone. Rogers graduated from Thibodaux College (now E.D.

White Catholic High School) in 1963. He also attended technical college in Natchitoches, Louisiana to study the art of

watch making and watch repair.

Rogers began his music career in 1960 when he began playing drums in

his elementary school band.

Since that time Rogers has played in many bands including, "Sid Holiday and the Bluenotes", (which included Dr.

John on guitar). He also played with his brother Sidney in his band called, "Stark Naked and the Jewel Thieves" and

with local bands such as, "Jazmine", "Nation", "Jackie & the G Men", "Traces",

"Esplanade" with Mike Carballo, "Vince Anthony and the Bluenotes", "Thad Richard Three", Vin Bruce and Leroy

Martin. He has also had the pleasure of backing up Luther Kent, Dr. John and Jimmy Clanton.

During his many years of "drumming", he has played many a venue as, The Sands, The Rebel Club, The College Inn,

Lee Kim's, The Tiki Lounge, Holiday Inn, The Glow Room, The Golden Meadow Rotary Club for 4 years straight, The

Grand Isle Tarpon Rodeo for 6 years, along with P.J.'s Fed Pond regularly.

Rogers retired from Sidney S. Jewelry Store in 2014, a business that his

grandfather established in 1895.

Rogers and his wife Debbie have been married for over 20 years and between them they have 3 children, 4

grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren

TRACEY ANNE EDWARDS

Tracey was born on May 21, 1967 to Yolanda Colon and Jose' Centeno.

She has two brothers Tony (deceased) and Francisco.

It was in 1987 that Tracey met Billy Fayard and in 1989 auditioned for him

and joined his band at the Celebrity Club in Harvey. During that time she also recorded a voice over commercial for

Bill Watson Ford.

In 1991, she began singing at the Fat Cat Club in Gretna, with musicians such as Danny Hebert, Jimmy Simon, Mark

Liuzza, and Jim & Dwight Breland.

From 1996 to 2002 she sang at the Caddyshack in Harvey and Jaeger's on the Lake in Lakeview in the, "Clean

Sweep Band" with Danny Hebert, Jerry Plaisance, Brian Melancon and Billy Fayard.

From 2011 to 2013 she sang with her band, "Moonshyn" performing all over New Orleans as well as Baton Rouge,

Bossier City, Austin, Houston and in Mississippi at festivals, clubs, casinos and private parties.

She also donated her time and talent to several benefits at the Westwego

Farmer's Market and at Barataria Live Club. She also performed for Lafitte Mayor Tim Kerner, Mayor Mitch Landrieu

and for Councilwoman Clarkson and at the Gretna Fest in 1990, 2010 and 2014.

Recently she was honored to appear on Michael J. 'Hara's song for Tulane Cancer Center, "You're Not Alone", with

musicians such as Irma Thomas, Charmaine Neville, Vince Vance, Kathy Savoie, Benny Grunch and Al Johnson.

In 2005, after Katrina, Tracey lost everything and evacuated to Florida for a few months. After moving back to

Terrytown, she met her husband, Michael

C. Edwards and lived in Terrytown till 2009.

Tracey has raised two children, Kassidi Anne and Kody Houston and has 4

grandchildren and currently lives in Marrero, Louisiana
